Good Morning, I've recently started testing Lync for possible deployment next year and have run into an issue with the Mac Client that is preventing me from doing any further testing. Immediately upon connection to Lync, the application crashes with the Error posted at the bottom of this post. MacBook Pro 2.54 g Intel Core Duo 4gigs of RAM OS: 10.6.8 Before posting here I've taken the following steps to try and resolve this crash error. • user/library/preferences and removed all Lync references. • Keychain - Removed all Lync / OCS certificates • Uninstalled and Reinstalled Lync • Created new Mac User - connected to Lync succesffully. So I'm left with a preference, or a file that I have not located that is causing the issue - can anyone suggest an answer? New fable game. Hi,Michael, I thinks there maybe an invalid certificate in your login keychain causing the problem, you can check the following link for the similar error. I also heard some one encounter the same error because in the Communicator of Mac option the calender/presence integration is enabled but the Outlook is not configured to use Exchange,it's fixed by unchecking such integration.(go to 'option' in communicator client to set this item or try to set the Communicator's preference 'DisableCalendarPresence' to 1 in Registry) And another more information for your reference. Hope this useful! Regards, Sharon. I installed Outlook 2011 and imported a pst file form my old Outlook program. Outlook continues to crash and gives me the following error. It also gives me double 'sent' messages for every one I send out, and won't send/receive automatically even though I have that feature on.
